Energy Hygiene Foundations (8 weeks) By the end, you’ll understand how to maintain your own field, identify and clear interference, and apply this in everyday life without relying on anyone else to clear you or your space. You don’t need a spiritual background to do this work. You’re a human living in a highly energetic world, and most people were never taught how to navigate that. This course offers practical energy hygiene for everyday people—taught without fear or weirdness—so you can move from beginner to confident quickly using clear language and real skills you can actually use. Enjoy a "go at your own pace" experience with pre-recorded instructional material. I'm a strong believer in that we should ALL know how to protect and clear our energy fields. Here's how that works for this material: -You can go through the materials weekly on your own. -Weekly coaching sessions are live. **You may watch the recorded coaching playback sessions with ONE caveat: You must at least check in with me one a week even if it's just a text. -I am committed to not leaving anyone behind and to make sure you are able to use the material practically. -Complete as soon as 8 weeks, but you have a total of 16 weeks to finish.
