You don’t need a spiritual background to do this work. You’re a human living in a highly energetic world, and most people were never taught how to navigate that. These two courses offer practical energy hygiene for everyday people—taught without spiritual jargon, belief systems, or weirdness—so you can move from beginner to confident quickly using clear language and real skills you can actually use.

You can go through the materials weekly on your own.

Weekly coaching sessions are live. **You may watch the recorded coaching playback sessions with ONE caveat: You must at least check in with me one a week even if it's just a text. I am committed to not leaving anyone behind and to make sure you are able to use the material practically.

Energetic Hygiene Foundations (8 weeks)
By the end, you’ll understand how to maintain your own field, identify and clear interference, and apply this in everyday life without relying on anyone else to clear you or your space.
Learn how to:

Learn how to take care of your own energy without relying on someone else to do it for you

Stay grounded and steady when things feel intense or confusing

Understand how personal protection works and how to use it responsibly

Learn how to close off energetic situations or influences that don’t feel safe or appropriate

Recognize when something is affecting your field and know how to stop it

Learn how and when to use intuitive tools—and when it’s better not to

Use clear language to keep your practices clean and undisturbed

Create your own simple, effective ways to remove influences that don’t serve you
Energetic Hygiene Applications (8 weeks)
This phase is for those who have completed Foundations and want to understand how the work extends beyond personal use. The emphasis is on discernment, responsibility, and real-world application—learning how to support others and your community without overreaching or losing your own stability
Take your skills further as you learn how to:

Work with others to clear non-beneficial influences, including entities, attachments, frequencies, and imposed patterns

Recognize and block intrusive influence such as uninvited telepathy, projection, coercive suggestion, or altered-state manipulation

Detect subtle interference and attachment strategies—especially as they appear in dreams—and understand common ways work is disrupted or redirected

Explore the concept of the Mark: how certain tracking or permission structures operate, how they were identified, and what has been done to dismantle them—including discernment around who is meant to carry this work forward

Apply energy hygiene principles to animals and shared environments, including protective and restorative work aligned with the Noah’s Arc lineage

Design and refine a personal “community service” application of energy hygiene that aligns with your skills, ethics, and capacity
