Restored Within is a 9-week, chakra-based healing journey designed to gently dissolve non-beneficial emotional ties and restore balance between masculine and feminine energies within the body. Rather than forcing change, this work supports a progressive unwinding—allowing the nervous system, emotional body, and energy field to release what no longer serves in their own timing.
This journey is ideal for those who feel emotionally entangled, over-responsible, disconnected from their intuition, or caught in recurring relational patterns they can’t fully explain. Healing unfolds through guided meditations, dream-based insight, and embodied listening—honoring the wisdom of the body alongside the mind.
How the 9-Week Journey Works
The structure of Restored Within is intentional and sequential, supporting stability first, then flow, and finally integration.
Weeks 1–3: Masculine Energy Balance
Root • Solar Plexus • Throat
The first phase focuses on grounding, personal power, boundaries, and authentic expression. These weeks often surface themes around safety, control, responsibility, self-esteem, and voice. You work with a certified Dream Guide who supports your process through weekly sessions, dream reflection, and emotional tracking.
Weeks 4–6: Feminine Energy Balance
Sacral • Heart • Third Eye
The second phase restores flow, receptivity, emotional intelligence, and intuition. This portion of the journey often brings forward relational memory, grief, longing, creativity, and inner knowing. Dream work and meditation support the softening of emotional ties that formed through attachment, caretaking, or suppression of feeling.
Weeks 7–9: Crown Chakra Integration & Channel Opening
Crown
The final phase focuses on integration—where masculine and feminine energies unify. During these weeks, Janise facilitates live Light Language clearings and activations, offering direct dream guidance while supporting expanded perception and connection to universal intelligence. This phase is less about “doing” and more about allowing—opening perspective, vision, and inner channel so guidance, clarity, and alignment can naturally emerge.

How long does this program last? Full support is provided for 9 weeks.

How do I know if this is appropriate for me? I suggest doing the Birth Wound work first as a way to peel of the rawest emotional pain in the gentlest way. After that, then Restored Within is most appropriate. That said, not one size fits all, so if you are not sure, feel free to have a free discovery session with me to talk about it. How many one-on-one sessions are included? You may schedule one session per week, for a total of 9 one-on-one sessions (6 with your Dream Guide and 3 with Janise) to go over your dreams and help you process the healing.

Can I request a specific Dream Guide? Certainly! Otherwise, I'll select one that I feel matches your needs the most.
